This silicone-free formulation also contains mango butter to provide emolliency and easy combing performance.

Mixing Procedure:
- Charge Deionized Water in the main container with mixing capacities.
- In an auxiliary container, pre-mix Glycerin and Dehyquart® Guar N. Then add to main container and homogenize. Once incorporated, heat to 75-82ºC (167-179ºF).
- In another auxiliary container, add Cetearyl Alcohol, CESTOPAL 20 M, STEPANQUAT® Helia, STEPANQUAT® ML, STEPAN-MILD® GCC, STEPAN-MILD® L3 and Mango Butter. Heat to 75-82ºC (167-180ºF).
- Add Phase 2 to main container with mixing. Keep turbo stirring for 15 minutes. Cool to 40ºC (104ºF).
- Once cooled to 40ºC (104ºF), add D-Panthenol, preservative and fragrance to the main container and mix.
- Adjust pH with Citric Acid or Sodium Hydroxide, if necessary.
*Note: TroyCare™ PE91 is Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin supplied by Inchemical.
