STEPAN-MILD® L3, a natural silicone alternative, works with Baobab and Mongongo oils to help replenish moisture to dry hair.
Instructions For Use:
Dampen hair. Apply oil to hair and scalp with fingers while distributing through hair. Gently massage to create foam, rinse thoroughly. Repeat as necessary.

Mixing Procedure:
- Charge ingredients into a suitable container one by one and mix until completely homogenous. No heating required. The container used should not contain any trace of water before starting preparation.
