A good cleansing shampoo acts like a facial cleanser, removing excess product and sebum from your hair and scalp. This combination of surfactants used results in a large volume of dense, creamy foam that is a great match for any luxurious shampoo, and the addition of STEPANQUAT® Helia ensures hair stays soft and moisturized during the treatment process.
This formulation is step 2 of Stepan's 5-Step Scalp Care Routine.
Instructions For Use:
Apply a generous amount of product to hair and scalp and lather vigorously. Rinse with water and repeat as needed.
